Best bike ever!

This bike is really amazing, so perfect! It is a smooth ride as it does not leap forward at all, so 1, 2 and 3 glide easily forward and feel super safe- it is incredible and easy to figure out (very helpful man in the shop Adriano) and I love it- am recommending to all my friends!

Excellent experience

Jacob helped me with the BESV PSA1 . He was extremely helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and made very good suggestions. The shop is very nice and clean. I have talked to both Ruben and Jacob before and after purchasing the bike and they have always been extremely helpful. I travelled from Boca and would highly recommend their shop over anything near me. Will happily make the drive over there for service rather than somewhere locally. Thank you guys for everything.
